How do you use Avatar to handle stress, either physical or mental, in your life?
The materials of Avatar are very powerful if you decide to use them. When I experience stress I know on a conscious level that I am resisting something. When I have willingness to experience what's there, sometimes with a little help from my Avatar friends, I can go back to what I want to create in life, and I can feel grateful again.
What is the first step for someone who is interested in Avatar?
The first step is to find an Avatar Master, maybe through the internet or by personal contacts, and get more information. It is possible that you would like to immediately register for a course or that you would rather attend a free Intro Night where you'll get a chance to experience Avatar through some exercises and a DVD talk by Harry. No matter what is best for you, an Avatar Master can help you find what is right for you. Avatar is about finding your own way in doing the things you like.
How has Avatar helped you improve your relationships?
Avatar helped me a lot in my relationships. I learned to appreciate others and at the same time stay connected to my personal goals. The Avatar Master Course really helped me quite a bit as well, in this both professional and personal areas. Of course, I'm not perfect in this, but I always find the way back to appreciate myself and others. I have found that Avatar has taught me to be as honest with myself as I can be.
