Wow! What a ride! I came with some pretty high hopes on what I wanted to experience and change. No one could have prepared me for just how much they would be surpassed. The journey was a bit of a roller coaster but , I guess, so is life. It is exciting to know I have the tools to shape the highs and the lows. Even in the nine days of the course, I can feel such significant changes in how I feel and what I experience. I feel more present, more aware and more connected than I ever have.

The tools! For someone who likes a process and procedure, like me, they are just perfect! I just want to say thanks for the awakening and I cant wait to share my experiences and my improved compassion and excitement with those that I meet.Thank you!
