I spent my summer vacation using the Avatar tools to climb the "self-acceptance ladder". I used the Avatar tools to increase my abilility to feel, be present, and take responsibility for my thoughts and feelings. I have increased both my confidence and my ability to control what Im feeling and thinking. It is amazing! I am now returning to my job as a teacher, starting a new school year. I have never been this happy and excited to start a new school year! I know the happiness, free attention, and desire to connect with others and be of service is due to my work with the Avatar tools this summer and the inspiration/perspectives in your video lecture series.
