Being a kidney transplant recipient and having many health challenges, I was distressed to find my blood pressure in the range of severe hypertension. I didnt know what to do since I am so far away from my usual medical team. I made a primary on the Creation Exercise: "My blood pressure is returning to normal."

One hour later my blood pressure was well with the safe limit. Twenty-four hours later it was totally normal. This is unprecedented in 10 years of battling serious illnesses. Normally it takes several days increase in medication to achieve this result.
