This course has helped me. Especially the Resurfacing exercises. "This and That" has helped me the most so far. I find it wholly affective in distancing myself from bodily discomforts. The low teacher-student ratio at the course is superb. I couldnt have asked for more dedication and concern from the teachers. The course was more intensive than I expected. This challenged me at times. Overall, a very good experience.
