I realize the importance of group discussions. There is a difference between just knowing, "Ah, thats it," and experessing what I realize in words.  It is the difference in depth and clarity about what Im learning.  I understood my own desire and resistance but I didnt understand others and I didnt try to understand.   At that moment, I realized that one of my patterns in my life was, "I dont know.  I cant see it.  I cant accept it."  Not integrated yet.  (Just kidding.)

Also I realize this success story is very important thanks to the members of the discussion group.  Usually, I thought, "My realizations and insights are small. Theyre not a success story."  But now I realize that my own story is the very success story I want to hear from others.
