I realized the difference between studying and experiencing; between thinking/theorizing and feeling/experiencing.

I learned how to replace my problems with solutions; my limitations with opportunities; my anxiety with peace; my resistance with acceptance; illness with health; a bad image with a good image,...

I  can now change my own universe according to my desires.

I feel the beauty and oneness, peace, and enlightenment.

I feel the beauty of appreciation.

I am happy to be me.

I feel I am in harmony with existence.

Even more, I feel the universe is governed by me.  The universe is within me.  And I recognize, This is not I, this is my creation!  And it is a creation I want to keep.  Thank You Mr. Harry Palmer for creating Avatar.  Thank you Ms. Mahnaz Khadempour for teaching me with care, love, patience, and an appreciating smile.  You are an inspiration.
