I realized that I had a strong belief that has been torturing me, and the moment I realized this, I was so relieved. My transparent belief was that "I am not needed by anybody". And because of this belief, I have been struggling more than ten years. Now that I have realized this, I am feeling that I will be able to live my life more at ease.
