Hi, I sent this to Uwe Bühler to express my gratitude for the work of Trainers and QMs:

"Love is an expression of the willingness to create space in which something is allowed to change." During my internship in Augsburg I often thought of this sentence Harry created. The internship offers exactly this space, and this applies to students and interning masters. The space that is created by Trainers and QMs helps interning masters to learn, to take more and more responsibility - and so being more and more able to contribute to the Creation of an enlightened planetary civilization. The presence and caring of trainers and QMs is amazing, for instance when they point out identities - sometimes en passant, thus helping interns to integrate them. Id like to express my sincere gratitude to them - and to Harry, Avra, Miken and Stars Edge for creating this light and wonderful experience. Im happy and proud to be on board, thank you,

Franz
