Yes, I am the creator of my universe. I now feel that I can deliberately create any sensation or ?dark thought, and when I see that Ive put it there, I fail to fear it anymore. I see how resistance fixes attention and the benefits of a neutral viewpoint. I am no longer self-sabotaging and doubting myself. I can see that taking responsibility for my life is fun and I know Ill never fall back into old patterns unless I deliberately choose to!
