I was doing an exercise with another student. There had been a lot of drama and frustration. She was feeling afraid and vulnerable. Suddenly, there SHE was. It was as if we were gazing at each other through a break in the traffic from opposite sides of a very busy street. It was really her. I literally caught my breath. We both felt it and seemed as if the world stopped. The tears welled up in both sets of eyes. Then we went on. That moment alone
made the whole course for me. Im starting to get it now. It really works. With love and gratitude.

Day 3 of The Avatar Course.
I was in a state of overwhelm and resistance to feeling emotion and now I have tools to take control of not only my emotions but my destiny. I had been searching and exploring the idea of consciousness for a while without a map or compass. Your course has given me tools and the opportunity to immerse myself in a process that has crystallized and solidified what I was beginning to "think" I knew about consciousness into a road map to navigate consciousness using myself as the compass. When a person knows, but cant do, they dont really know. Now I know and can do for myself and work forward to continue learning tools to serve beyond myself for humanity.
I have finally integrated a chronic illness and anxiety so I can move on to experience other creations deliberately. Thank you for helping me find my lifes purpose and giving me tools to change my life.

During the morning drilling, I had a realization that shifted me. It was the feeling of deskinning my body. I discreated an identity. The neat thing was I felt that if I went back to look at it or talk about it, explain it, or describe it, that would be like profaning a moment of enlightenment. A practice of keeping my attention on the primary, moving forward. The past doesnt exist! Yahoooo! My love to you.

During the Avatar Course I was doing a Label exercise and eventually could move freely from one person/object to another. Then I realized that I could feel into/meet/experience a person without having an immediate opinion or judgment about them.
I have been aware of prejudging others for years and it felt horrible but I didnt know how to change it or resolve it. The realization that I have the tools to see a person as a person without prejudging them literally caused tears to flow.

After my initiation today I feel more comfortably present in my body than I have in years and years.It seems like I can hardly remember a time when I didnt have body pain but I am comfortable and really in my body. Thank you.

I feel gratitude for being able to help others and I feel confident in my ability to create any reality. Now I am moving on.
I achieved what I really wanted to and more on this Masters Course. More than that I feel no more blank, no uneasy, nervous, irritated. It is amazing to see what all the people from all around the world achieve in such a short nine days. I acknowledge them.
It is more than a connection with my old friends. I feel we are deeply connected. We can meet each other in a sense of awareness. We helped each other. We practiced together. We felt empathy for each other. We dont need any language, culture, religion. We dont need what I was supposed to need.
Coming here is a miracle for me and I believe I can create more miracles. My life will be more full of passion and happiness. I am reminded of the Greek dance we did in the last moments of the course. Appreciating my past, being faithful to my reality, being ready for the future. What a touching greeting!!
p.s) I really appreciate you Harry. The course deserves more than I paid. I will share my energy with my friends who are suffering. I want to say thanks to my roommates who cared so much for me.
