This week has been the most incredible and valuable growing and learning experience and I want to thank you for the way in which you have taught and guided and supported us all in showing up and growing up! Thats how I feel, that I have grown up so much-and out-in all directions. You are a powerful, bright, shining light for the entire Sangha and I am very, very grateful for the space you created this week for the AI team every morning. No words can describe the experience but I have felt myself grow in awareness and commitment and I felt that growth throughout the AI team. My primary before this course was to contribute to this being a tipping point for humanity...and this is what it has been for me - and I believe for the entire team - and thus for the planet. Thanks (this word is inadequate) to you, and all of the trainers for your genuine compassion, commitment and care.

How do I start this? Well, Harry, First of all, Congratulations on discovering a way for people of all shapes, sizes, beliefs and experiences to escape the part of themselves that limits and drags them down. Thats what Ive been doing to myself, until now of course. I have let go of every negative response to my life. I surrendered all my judgements and replaced them all with forgiveness, love, compassion and understanding. Its a great feeling. Thank you.
I wanted to tell you after m first day of feel its". I was so light hearted that I was laughing so hard I was crying. I was giggling at nothing except the feeling I had inside. But that spread, I watched people circle around me and start laughing too. Pretty soon about 30 plus people were in one area of the room laughing their heads off. It was awesome! Those are just some of my good experiences.
Now let me tell you about the funniest one. There was a point in the source list that I thought I found a glitch in your program. I was sure that I was never going to get rid of one secondary that popped into my head. Now first, you must understand a little about me. I am very outspoken most days and times, but I am very spiritual. I am a member of the Church of Christ of the Latter Day Saints. -- So I try to have pure thoughts. Well, you can imagine that I hadnt expected to think of sex on "I do it".... But I did. My master is my best friend, and I had the immediate secondary of "I wont tell you my secondary! You cant make me!" Well, when that secondary was gone and I told her it was sex then, I refused to exaggerate that! I was then yelling that "Harry Palmer didnt think of this one, I found the glitch in his program!"
Anyway, I somehow got through it! I just thought you would enjoy my thoughts! Hope that swimming pool is still swimming with Happiness! Thank you!

This course opened my eyes for what I had planted in my garden.
I got confidence in myself, that I am the one to take steps to change and to really feel.
I am not there yet, so today I decided that I will go to the Master Course.

Success was not far away from me. Finding that success is just within myself is a very exciting experience.
It was not easy at all to decide to participate in Avatar Master Course 2009 due to time and money.
Now I am very delighted to have made it.
I hope I can do the same thing for others that Masters/Trainers did for me.
I am sure that Avatar Master Course will be invaluable for the rest of my life.

That what I did not reach with meditation for a long time, I found with Avatar in a short while and I feel that it is integrated.

The pointers that I came up with were from my youth and the life that followed. After naming the people who did this to me, and the consequences, I did step 4 with Mark.
Already with the first situation, it became clear that if I would have had only some more self confidence, my life would have gone differently. Now that I experience this- the veil that was covering my life is gone.
Now I have the feeling that I can handle everything, have self confidence and " I am happy to be me".
From this moment on my new life starts.
The new Hans with self confidence and intensely happy.

Feel It Exercise 1:
I created a feeling during the exercise that I have been searching for years. The feeling of being connected with something you see or feel. First, I felt that the object came to me, a feeling that I had for a long time. After a second explanation, I felt for the first time a feeling of being connected with the object.
After that experience, I went with Mark to the hall and did the exercise again on a photo in the hall. In the moment I felt the connection with the photo, I felt this clearly and even felt the weight of the object.
This was an emotional moment, a feeling that I have been searching for years-and now I have it back.
In one word: Tremendous!
Now I experience bodily reaction to this liberation in myself. I have the feeling that the lid is off my emotional bucket.

Dear Harry,
Harry, I always feel your love in the course.
I felt I became more source as I took one more step in every course, but this Integrity Course was the best that allowed me to see how I had lived, was living and going to live my life confronting myself. I felt the power, love, and the preciousness of the Avatar network, trainers and fellow masters, again. Ill live my life as awakened source being, loving myself, manifesting primaries.

Today is the forth day and I feel already that I learned so much.
I felt I used separation and pretending to abuse others power and to avoid my own work. And listening to Avras talk, I felt that our work of inspiration is based on the full support from the Avatar network which totally depends on integrity. Thank you for letting me look into myself more to have stronger intention of commitment.
