Hi Harry,
I just wanted to take a minute to thank you again for all the work you've done to bring Avatar to the world.
I use the tools regularly and in the 10+ years since I first took Resurfacing and all the courses up though Wizards (and two wonderful internships!), my wife and I have rebuilt our marriage, launched two highly successful sons on the world, changed careers, started a new business and I've taken up ultra-marathoning! I'm attempting a 50 mile race on June 2!
You and Avra and many other great Trainers and Masters have my unending gratitude!
Thank you, again,
Warren Nelson- USA
Dear Harry,
It has been an amazing adventure here in at the Avatar Course in Columbus, Ohio!
With a team of 15, we passed out 1400 Compassion Cards to Doctors, Lawyers, Social Workers, Advocates, the Attorney General of Ohio, CPAs, the Chief Magistrate Judge, hotel workers, artists, and students. We also connected with the Ohio State Representative Tim Ryan's office in Washington DC. He recently wrote a book called "Mindful Nation" about using meditation to create a better nation. We sent him a letter, compassion cards and "What is Avatar?" brochures.
We also connected with two judges who are interested in possibly exploring using Avatar in their judicial training.
People were very moved by your Compassion Project and were very thankful and touched for the Compassion Card. Several had tears of gratitude when they did the exercise.
It feels like many seeds have been planted and are sprouting on their way to Wizards. Love,
Bill Lee and The Columbus Team- USA
Hey hey Harry,
I'm so glad that I took Wizard Course this year. Harry your speeches were utterly impressive. I now decide to stand out. And I actually do it. From then on, I began to proudly introduce myself in public and talk assertively about what I aim at. My new Avatar blog has been running for one month. I applaud for myself as I've kept working on it. Furthermore, I decide to give out many Compassion Cards and my hugs to strangers in busy Shanghai tomorrow! It's a challenge to me. I'd love to face up to it. I will bring you back my amazing experiences later.

Dear Harry,
Wholeness to me is being balanced spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, intellectually, financially, and any other "ly" that makes me Me. "Hole-ness" (that state of feeling as though something is missing) creates an unbalanced state that literally cries for wholeness/completeness. Changing one's beliefs about the "holes" in one's life leads to wholeness. Thankfully, I decide what I believe. Thank you, Harry Palmer, and the entire EPC team for creating and holding space to realize this and for the tools to know how to operate my mind. I am forever grateful.

Dear Harry,
Thank you for these incredible Avatar tools! A few days ago I went for a 30 minute walk doing the exercise from ReSurfacing "Minding the Edges". I experienced true freedom for the first time. I realized and experienced being outside of a life time creation of fight or flight.
As I felt the freedom, I also felt how painfully limiting this identity was to everything. Cowering from all of life's offerings is like experiencing them through a narrow tube.
So much attention was tied up in this and I believe also supporting many other identities. That structure feels like it is collapsing. For the first time I feel like I am not afraid to be seen.
Thank you for the light you have shed onto a dark world. Along with our wonderful Sangha! Love to you and Avra,
Chuck LaChapelle- USA
Dear Harry,
Avatar is the power to be happy , peaceful and successful indefinitely. I feel too much better now. Thank you!

Dear Harry,
I watched a Video about a handicapped veteran that fought through obstacles and limiting beliefs and using his will he lost lots of wieght, got rid of his handicap and came out strong and able. This brought back a lot of memories from my Avatar Course. Thank you for inspiring and helping people to believe in themselves, others, the ability to change and creating the impossibly possible goals for their life. :)

Dear Harry,
A reluctant starter with a broken toe and crutches coughed and sputtered her (my) way through excessive attention on self to appreciating and empowering another, to soaking in and sucking up the training with the new materials. She made it through unvoiced secondaries to laughing her way through creating Primaries, to feeling the shield of invulnerability and popping out the other side of it. Feeling vulnerable and learning the grace and safety of that. Feeling the kindness of the Sangha and experiencing the non-judgment when seemingly unforgivable transgressions have been committed.
Letting go of the class dunce identity recreated for four and a half decades, to sharing the Compassion Project and awakening the spark in others. She found her life's purpose, leaving her crutches behind, she got excited about the power of the tools.
It has been quite an Avatar Course! Thank you to all the Masters and especially "ginormous" gratitude to Avra! Love.

Dear Harry,
I've just had another wonderful experience! I took a young man through the Attention Mini- Course. He had been struggling with himself over making decisions in his life. After the mini-course he is now able to make the right decisions from his heart. The relief felt in him was incredible. So is the amount of warmth felt in his heart.
What a gem! He feels like he has found his purpose in life! He is going all the way to Wizards. Another helper for this mission! Much Love,
Alan Gunn- New Zealand
Harry,
The Feeling and State of Residence in Impermanence ... Completeness. He is and I am the Creation itself.
No value is so more or less important and infinitely measurable when we feel that point of Original Creation - I Am - Is.
Namaste,

Dear Harry,
I would like to share how people open up with the Compassion Project. I teach the Community Services Work diploma at T.A.F. E., the largest vocational education and training provider in Australia and one of the best in the world. I give out Compassion Cards to all my students in each of my classes. We go through the Compassion Exercise together and discuss using compassion in community work.
I am both amazed and humbled how some of the students connect with the exercise. I have gotten feedback from some who are using it in their everyday lives and have even passed it on to family members who have used it also. The ripple effect has surprised and elated me. I feel honored to be in a position to pass this tool on to people. I am known with my colleagues as the compassion person and they have also connected with the exercise.
Thank you for bringing such clarity into the collective consciousness! Much Love,
Z.S.- Australia
