On my Walk for Attonement exercise on self-criticisms I took a very long walk and I noticed that the self-criticism poured out like a faucet. After finishing the steps when I got back was on such a high it felt great! I then wanted to go on the walk for criticism of others to obtain the same result or even a better feeling. Instead I noticed the walk was even longer and I didnt have that good feeling. I felt the worst Id ever felt about myself and ashamed of the way I treated others. I shared this with my Master and got some guidance. As I returned to finish the exercise I found myself walking to some horses. Now I thought I do not like horses, but I stood there viewed the scenery and watched the horses interact with each other. While I was there a man and his dog walked by. He started a conversation with me and I found we were from the same state and he had just moved 3 months earlier. I did not feel the need to push him away as I normally would. But he walked off anyway. I then wanted to get closer to the horses, so I walked around the fence and felt one of them. The same man walked by and asked if I would like to meet the owner. I said no and then after being with the horse awhile I turned and went to meet the owner. He was a painter and an awesome person. he took me to see some of his paintings. I was able to feel myself in his paintings. It was an awesome feeling. As he was setting up outside to paint I listened to his stories. He was so intense I found myself wanting to hear more. I could have stayed there all day but noticed the time and I left to return to course. I thought having my Daughter was the best day of my life. I realized this was the best day of my life! I hope to have many more days like this and thanks to Avatar I know I will.

It is unbelievable how many new insights I had within the last 13 days. And how my expectations were exceeded. I started working with the Avatar tools last year and during that time, I spoke very carefully about Avatar, had problems with inspiring friends and felt a bit unsure.
This viewpoint now changed dramatically. Im so happy to be here. I can feel the energy going for the mission of Avatar. I feel the importance of the mission for the world.
Im inspired to continue the successful work of Avatar. I feel the common goal ~ being in service to others. It is part of me and I am part of the whole. Thank you so much for your inspiration.

I really got a lot out of the surrendering judgement exercise. I easily found things I had a response to, but felt I had to search for those with no response. Then when I finally found some, I would feel that the difference between the two is that I had thoughts, feelings, opinions and judgements and attachments on the one hand and then no attachment to those with no response, no feeling about them. In working with my responses I used the label-it tool and found I was successful in changing my responses to non-responses. I was also able to feel and see that I chose to view things both ways. I Chose and created.
I consider myself to be a creative person and now I have a whole new appreciation and perspective on creativity!

I have held this trauma in a dark space in my mid section for many years. After doing the mini-course on "will" the trauma no longer dwells there. I feel extremely happy and eternally grateful!

Harry, Thank You for creating the primary of Creating an Enlightened Planetary Civilization, so I have the chance to experience the power of this primary in mass consciousness. I think I have never thought that this is possible, but actually happening. My Mom is 76 years old. She is here and I am also here (Japan. Intl Course) spending the happiest time in my life. Although, I hit a lot of Identities, I am very clear that this is the most precious gift I can give her in this life. I am so moved for her love and support. I can hardly express what I wanted to say: Thank You. Speechless. Exploring consciousness is unbelievable. I am totally amazed, continue to move on. This is my first Integrity Course. And I attacked my team-mates by becoming a victim. That was my life pattern and I really wanted to take responsibility for that creation. So I worked on this identity about Avatar, the students, my partner and the parents. I recognized that I did a lot of cruel things to them and I could take responsibility for those things.
I would like to treat many topics in this course. I would like to become lighter and make the world bright! Thank you!

Today I became an Avatar. Those nine days have been dramatic like a movie. I could work on the Avatar Course because I was supported by a lot of people and this experience was a gift to my life!
On this planet really terrible happenings like nightmares are going on. I was also being in a nightmare a few days ago!

Thank you for the Avatar Course. I could complete the course thanks to the Masters Sawada, Naritomo, Kamata-san and many other Masters. I could get understanding of myself very well by taking steps through the practices of this course.
The wins were that I got awareness of the source of the beliefs I had been anxious about and I got a method to control it. I could get really feeling of I am me. I do it. I am the Source.
I want to keep this feeling from now on. I want to walk strongly to achieve my target with the tools. I will go to the Master Course. I look forward to meeting teacher Harry. Thank you!

Im happy to tell you that Sandra is making good progress following the
armed robbery in her home a week ago Friday.
Her daily life is pretty much back to normal other than not being left
alone at home for long periods. She decided to see a psyciatrist which
was helpful in giving us a guideline of what to expect her to experience
emotionally and I feel she has had a remarkable recovery. She has had no
medication, we have used a lot of releasing fixed attention and now she
can talk about the incident and be among people with little to no
reaction, and with added exercise she is sleeping well.
Funny the tests the universe sends us, it feels this was meant to be for
so many reasons. We are very fortunate Sandra was not physically abused,
she has been traumatised but we have the Avatar tools to help her heal
quickly and completely and she is not in resistance to our help any
more. Detrimental lifelong patterns in the family have been healed, it
has brought the kids and their friends closer together with a
responsibility to look out for each other, it has brought wonderful
people into our lives from the police to security services etc and given
us real faith in our community, and it has brought compassion for those
people who are so desperate that they find it necessary to commit such
crimes.
We have no need to be vicitims and attack back, I am incredibly grateful
for having Avatar in my life and that my children have chosen the Avatar
path too, it has made us so strong in a gently way. I feel humble for
all the Avatars in my life and thank you and Harry for all that you do
absolutley tirelessly for an enlightenend planetary civilization. It is
working.
