I was so envious of my children because they live in the now and dont have to carry the burden, pain, fear and nervousness that I felt. Those feelings created such a mess that there was no room for anything else. Literally. I have been consumed by fear and anxiety since forever, not knowing anything else.
I have been searching for a way out forever also. In my search Ive been brought to my knees. I created my own Hell, until awareness came knocking on my door in the form of Avatar. I am home at last! Namaste,

It first started during the ReSurfacing. In my amazement and enthusiasm I called my boss to ask for a day off so I could continue with Section II. On the phone he could hear my excitement and couldnt refuse my request. So I started Section II and my amazement and excitement grew with every exercise. I went through an emotional roller coaster but I loved every minute of it. I next noticed the power of the exercises after the Initiation Session beginning Section III. What an amazing and powerful exercise! It didnt stop there though, I went on and on and before I knew it, I was doing the Ultimate Process! WOW!
Now I am an Avatar and making arrangements to do the Masters Course! Thanks to everybody who helped me on the journey and who will help me on my future journey! lots of love,

Wow,wow,wow! This is my second Wizards Course and I really feel free. I was so excited last night I didnt sleep, instead I experienced Source, the most amazing stillness, followed by a most amazing array of colour I could ever hope to experience. This is no coincidence. I spent 18 hours doing "Secrets" and "Hidden Agenda" exercises. With perseverance this exercise really cleans things up! I didnt finish this note when I intended because I love this work so much and was creating such a roller coaster ride! Thank you for continually showing me the way. I have done all of the Avatar Courses except The Integrity Course at Masters and I was very much looking forward to it.
The materials are really brilliant! It doesnt matter what angle you come at the materials from, they are cleverly designed to get you where you need to go. I have realized that I had many beliefs that created I cant trust people or connect deeply. Then I believed I didnt care about relationships and that people didnt like me. After taking the Avatar Course I realized many of these Transparent Beliefs. Now I have discreated them and now Im able to believe in myself and the other person. I can Live Deliberately. I am glad I came. Thank you!

I was using the exercises and rundowns in Section III learning to handle attacks. I saw that we take so much away from confrontation and without realizing it, I can really feel now, that I put up barriers after the fact. Pretending everything is okay, its alright, but underneath these weak assurances is a mass of unexperienced beliefs, feelings, identities and resistance.
What empowering exercises, to take away that I can actually step out of this, discreate the experience and then create compassion in the wake of the conflict! Thank you,

I used to have conflicting identities like " I want to do this thing!" and also "I give up on doing this thing!". But I realized on the Avatar Master Course that there are tons of other identities too, like "I dont know which one is really me!". A person coaching me said that reminded them of the picture on page 36 of your book "Living Deliberately". So I looked again. Since then I am a Source being! Thank you,
